NovelKeys offers a 30-day return window for most mechanical keyboards, keycaps, and accessories, provided they are in their original packaging and unused condition. Please note that personalized items and certain clearance hardware are considered final sale.

Return Process

  Ensure your item is within the 30-day window from the delivery date and remains in its original, unopened packaging with all components included.

  Submit a Request

  Contact our support team through the official ticketing system with your order number and clear photos of the item's current condition.

• 3.
  Package and Ship

  Once approved, securely pack your items using the provided RMA label and drop the package off at any authorized shipping carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Our warehouse team will inspect the returned hardware within 5 business days of arrival; once verified, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
